When will my order arrive?

International Buyer

You should receive it within 14-28 days (basically 14 days, depend on your local custom clearance process).

Tracking

 We willl send you a notification email with updated tracking number and instruction of how to trace it. You can also login to your account to obtain the tracking number. 

Country Trace

You may track the tracking number at your local post office website. The tracking number will be traceable once the item reach your local post office/custom.

Returns and Exchange Policy

SPECIALLENS™ Cosmetic Lens Center have made all effort to show as accurately as possible the colors of our products that display at the site. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be correct. We have tried to be as accurate as feasible. If a product offered by the website is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unopened, unused and new condition.

Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order, minus delivery fees and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods. You are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Orders were sent with free shipping is subjected to a non-refundable shipping fee. Shipping and handling costs that were charged when you placed your order are not refundable, unless an mistake was ours. If you ordered the wrong item, or wish to exchange an item, additional shipping charges will apply.

Refund request must be made in 7 days after delivery. Due to the sanitary issue, we cannot accept returns with opened lenses.

Lenses with manufacturer defects will be replaced free of charge.
