Shipping and Returns
What type of shipping method do you provide?
- We ship with major courier service: Singapore Post, FedEx and DHL Express, EMS, UPS. The courier service will be display during your checkout process.
What about tracking number?
- All shipment comes with tracking number. After we dispatch your parcel, your order will be updated to "Shipped". You may login to your account to get the tracking number. Sometime the tracking result will not display immediately, it might takes few days for it to be log into the tracking system.
What is the shipping charges for my country?
- For Standard Air Parcel Mail, flat rate shipping charges for all countries starts with $11 for the first item, additional $2 for the following item.
What about the Express Shipping charges?
- This varies from country. You may check the express shipping charges by clicking the "estimate charges" in your cart or during the checkout process. If you order in bulks, we recommend you to use express shipping, cheaper and rapid fast delivery.
How soon can I received my parcel?
- For Standard Air Parcel Mail, we tell our customer it takes 14-21 days for the delivery. You may get it earlier or later, subject to your local courier service delivery and custom declaration process. There is no specific date of arrival (except Express Shipping). However based on our customer experienced, they usually get the parcel within these time frame:
USA/Canada: 14-21 days or less (depends on states)
Europes: 14-21 days
Asia: 14 days or less
Rest of the countries: 14-21 days, or more.
- For Express Shipping (FedEx and DHL), it takes 2-4 working days, varies from countries.
Returns and Refund
• We always triple check product (item code, shipping addresse) before send it out to you. If there is anything goes wrong with your parce after receiving it, such as wrong item code/power or degree, email us immediately.
• Claims for return item must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.
• Returned goods must be in original condition (not worn or open the container). Please also send back the original packaging. We do not responsible for the shipping charges whether is for returning package or resending package. Shipping fees will never be refund as this is charge by the couriers, not us.
• Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order, minus delivery fees and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods. You are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Orders were sent with free shipping is subjected to a non-refundable shipping fee. Shipping and handling costs that were charged when you place your order are not refundable, unless a mistake was ours. If you ordered the wrong item, or wish to exchange an item, additional shipping charges will apply.
• You must send an email to us to inform before return the items to us. Otherwise we would not entertain those return without notification.
• Lenses with manufacturer defects (if any) will be replaced free of charge.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchange to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges.
